WILLS & POWERS OF ATTORNEY

Wills

A Will is a very important document that not only outlines who will care for your property and finances upon your death, but also who will receive any and all of your property and finances upon your death. You may also specify any gifts you wish to pass down to your partner, children or grandchildren in your Will, including any donations to the Charities of your choice. We work with you to draft your Will based on your specific personal wishes. Contact us today!

Powers of Attorney

Powers of Attorney differs significantly from a Will.

While a Will comes into effect after your death, Powers of Attorney come into effect while you are still alive, but in the event you become unable or unwilling to deal with your own property or personal care. This could be due to a medical issue or an accident. These documents offer a peace of mind for you to have something in place in the event the unthinkable happens.

There are two separate Powers of Attorney - Property and Personal Care.

A Power of Attorney for Property outlines who will deal with your property and finances in the event you cannot, while a Power of Attorney for Personal Care outlines who will make medical decisions for you in the event you cannot.

We work with you to draft your Powers of Attorney based on your personal wishes. We can also provide special pricing should you wish to draft both your Will and Powers of Attorney with us. Contact us today!
